Welcome to the Hawaiʻi Film Alliance member portal. If you run into any issues, this guide should help you get back on track quickly.
🔑 How do I log in?
Visit the HFA login page:

Use the email address you registered with.
If you forgot your password, click “Lost your password?” on the login page and follow the reset instructions.
❌ I can’t log in. What should I check?
Try these steps first:
• Make sure you are using the same email you registered with
• Check for typos or extra spaces
• Try resetting your password
• Refresh the page or try a different browser
If you are still unable to log in, reach out to us and we will help.
👤 How do I view my member profile?
Your public profile page is located at:

Replace your-username with the username you chose during registration.
You must be logged in to view or edit your profile.
✏️ How do I edit my profile information?
Once logged in, visit your profile page and update your details directly there.
Keeping your profile accurate helps HFA represent the industry correctly and stay in touch with you.

From this page, you can:

• Review account details

📝 What is the HFA Membership Profile and why is it required?
he HFA Membership Profile is a short form that helps us gather accurate data about Hawaiʻi’s film and creative workforce.

This information is used to:
• Represent members at the Capitol
• Support legislative advocacy
• Track workforce impact across districts
• Keep members informed about relevant bills
Being on the newsletter or creating an account does not automatically complete this form.
🔁 I already signed up. Do I need to complete the profile again?
If you are unsure whether you completed the Membership Profile, it is safe to submit it again.
Only the most recent entry will be used.
📧 I’m receiving emails but don’t think I’m a member. Why?
Receiving the newsletter does not mean you are an official HFA member.
Membership requires:
Creating an account
Completing the HFA Membership Profile
Both steps are important.
